has now been trading for 5 years and during this period we have had the pleasure of enhancing and beautifying hundreds if not thousands of parties, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, births, christenings etc... with a wide

The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed a couple of changes.
Our opening
times have changed. We're now open between 10.00 am and 5.30pm everyday except
Wednesday and Sunday, oh and Bank Holidays, Christmas etc. However, if something
is really special and needs to be ready outside those hours, talk
to us and if we can, we'll do everything possible
to help.
There are also some new photographs in the expanded gallery section
where you can get an idea of just some of the possibilities that are
available.
Look at for some new developments over the next few weeks.
We'll be making
some changes that should make the site a lot easier to use.

First of all apologies. This update has been a long time coming.
We'll be
making every effort to ensure that the site is kept more up to date
in future.
So to the real business. We're a year old! Happy Birthday to us.
We would like to say a massive thank you to all
the customers, old and new,
who have helped Balloon
Away grow over the past year.
We've had some great times, weddings,
christenings, birthdays,
parties and loads of Hot Air Balloons!
Our second year is beginning
and we intend to provide an even better service
to even more people.
We'll be posting some new photographs soon that will show some of the
bespoke
work we've done at various venues. We've had a few people asking about package
deals and price lists. We feel that no two events are the
same. Therefore
we prefer to look at each one individually and work with
you to achieve the
best we can within your budget. This means that you
get something
unique, not just a bunch of balloons. Even when a budget is limited
we will make sure that you get something special.
We will be introducing a form to the contact
page which will allow you to
give us an idea of what you want and for
what sort of event. It means
we'll be able to put some ideas together before
we contact you.

How come it's the back-room boys without whom etc etc that you always
forget
to mention?
So, by way of putting our house (or should that be shop?) in order,
we'd like
to say a special thanks to Nigel who has been slaving
away at a computer and a very temperamental printer, putting together a vast
number of flyers for us. Thanks, Nigel, and from all the Balloon
Away team,
we'd like to wish you a speedy and full recovery.
At this point, we should also say a thank you to all the other lads and
lasses
who we haven't mentioned by name, for all the building, decorating etc, time
and support they have given.
